Referral Program Terms.
The short version: send us a business, they sign and pay their first month, you get $100. Everything below is that same sentence with the edges filled in.
The reward
We pay $100 for each business you refer that signs a Priebe Bridge website agreement and completes their first monthly hosting payment. There is no cap on how many businesses you can refer and no limit on how much you can earn.
When we pay
The $100 is earned when the referred business's first monthly payment clears, not when they sign. We send it within five business days of that payment clearing, using the payout method you chose on the referral form. If a payment is later reversed or charged back, the referral is treated as unpaid.
Who can refer
Anyone. You do not need to be a Priebe Bridge client. You do need to be at least 18 and able to receive payment in the United States.
Who you cannot refer
You cannot refer yourself, a business you own or co-own, or a business you work for. You cannot refer a business that is already in our pipeline at the time you submit, whether it came from an ad, a cold call, or another referral. Referred businesses must be based in the United States.
Duplicate referrals
If two people refer the same business, the earliest submission wins, measured by the timestamp on the referral form. We will tell the other person rather than leaving them waiting on a payout that is not coming.
Permission to contact
When you submit a referral you tell us whether the business is already expecting to hear from us. Either answer is fine and either way we contact them by phone or email about building their website, and we say who sent us. If they were not expecting it, we lead with an email and we do not text them. We store the exact wording of the question you answered along with your submission. Please do not send us somebody who would not want to hear from us at all.
What we do with their information
We use it to contact the referred business about a website and nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it outside Priebe Bridge. If they ask us to stop, we stop, and their information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
The referred business's offer
Referred businesses get the standard Priebe Bridge website offer: a custom site built at no cost, $49 per month for hosting and upkeep, a six month minimum, and the option to walk away free if they do not like what we build. A referral does not change their price and does not change their terms. It just means we already know they are worth talking to.
Taxes
Referral payouts are income to you. Priebe Bridge does not withhold taxes. If your payouts reach the federal reporting threshold in a calendar year, currently $2,000, we will ask you for a completed Form W-9 and issue a Form 1099-NEC. We may hold a payout until we receive that form if it is required.
Talking about the program
If you recommend Priebe Bridge publicly, for example in a social post, a review, or a forum, please mention that you get paid for referrals. Private conversations, texts, and phone calls do not need a disclosure. This keeps everyone on the right side of the FTC's endorsement rules.
Abuse
We will not pay on referrals that are submitted without permission, invented, scraped from a list, duplicated under different names, or otherwise obtained in a way that would embarrass either of us. We may withhold payment and end participation where we see this, and we will explain why.
Changes to the program
We can change or end this program at any time. Referrals you submitted before a change are honored on the terms that were in effect when you submitted them.
Not an employment or partner relationship
Referring a business does not make you an employee, contractor, agent, partner, or affiliate of Priebe Bridge, and it does not give you authority to make promises on our behalf. Please describe the offer the way this site describes it.
