Part one / The Process

Three steps. Done in days, not months.

No deck. No contract. No obligation. You leave with a written blueprint you can act on whether or not we work together.

01 Step 01 / Consultation

Meet with us.

A free conversation, phone or Zoom. We listen first. You walk us through how your shop actually runs. The calls that come in, the quotes that go out, where the handoff breaks.

We are not pitching you in this call. We are taking notes. The goal is to leave with a clear picture of where time, money, or attention is being lost, and what would actually change with the right tool in place.

02 Step 02 / Blueprint

Build the blueprint.

A written Schematic of the tools, rules, and integrations that fit your workflow. Phased if it needs to be, so the first 30 days are a small lift and the rest follows when it makes sense.

The blueprint names specific tools we believe in. Usually two to four, never an overstuffed stack. We tell you which ones are affiliate partnerships and which are not. The blueprint is yours to keep, even if we never work together again.

03 Step 03 / Rollout

Pay only for the tools.

You pay vendors directly. We stay close enough through setup to make sure the rollout sticks, then check back at 30 and 90 days to see what is working.

We earn through partner commissions, only when a recommended tool is a fit. That is the entire business model. If a tool is the wrong call for your situation, we will tell you, even when it costs us a commission.

Part two / The timeline

Days, not months.

Most engagements go from first call to live tools inside a week. Here is the usual pace.

  1. Day 01

    Consultation call

    A free 15 to 30 minute conversation. We listen to how your shop runs to see if and where we can help.

  2. Day 03

    Blueprint delivered

    A written Schematic of the tools and workflows that fit, phased so the first move is small.

  3. Day 07

    First tools live

    We help stand up the first tools and make sure the rollout actually sticks.

  4. Day 30 / 90

    We check back

    We circle back to see what is working and adjust where it is not.
