Acceptance
By using priebebridge.com or engaging Priebe Bridge for a Schematic consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
Priebe Bridge offers technology consulting and implementation guidance for independent US-based service businesses. We recommend third-party software tools, some of which are affiliate partners. We are not a reseller of those tools; you contract and pay vendors directly.
What we do not do
We are not a software company, a marketing agency, a financial advisor, or a law firm. Recommendations are based on our experience with the tools and the patterns we see in similar businesses. They are not financial or legal advice. Your business decisions are yours.
Affiliate relationships
Some recommended tools are affiliate partners and may pay us a commission when you sign up through our links. We disclose those relationships in writing and in our FTC Disclosure. We will tell you when a non-affiliate option is the better fit for your situation.
Consultations
The initial Schematic consultation is free of charge and carries no obligation. There is no contract for the consultation itself. The blueprint we deliver is yours to keep or share with anyone you wish.
Engagements beyond the consultation
Any paid implementation or ongoing engagement is governed by a separate, written agreement signed by both parties. Those terms control over anything on this site.
No guarantees
Software adoption depends on many factors outside our control — team buy-in, vendor stability, market conditions. We give it our best read and stand behind our recommendations, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.
Intellectual property
The Priebe Bridge name, logo, and content on this site are ours. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to indicate the tools we work with.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Priebe Bridge's liability for any claim arising from this site or a free consultation is limited to direct damages and cannot exceed $100. Paid engagements have their own liability terms in the written agreement.
SMS messaging program terms
Program name: Priebe Bridge Website Build Updates. If you give Priebe Bridge your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, you consent to receive text messages from Priebe Bridge about the website you asked us to build. Messages include build progress updates, requests for the photos or business details we need to finish your site, links to review your site, review call scheduling, and one to one replies from your account manager. Some of these messages are sent using automated technology.
Message frequency varies, usually 3 to 8 messages per build. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email team@priebebridge.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or lead generators at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Priebe Bridge is registered. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
Changes
We may update these Terms when the business or the law changes. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version.
